All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
– £12.95 flat rate
– Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Recommended for urgent professional needs

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over £50
– Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary for remote locations. We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and certain remote regions.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery (30 days for registered trade customers) when items are:

  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Professional Equipment

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Garden Chainsaws (once fuel/oil has been added)
  • Garden Power Tools with activated warranties
  • Hedge & Line Trimmers with used blades
  • Any item showing signs of use or missing safety components

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1 business day, we’ll email:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for defective items only)
  • Professional packaging instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For customer-initiated returns:

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Note: Bank processing may add 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
